Front desk, restaurant and pool staff were all very attentive, friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean and large. The room was thoughtful equipped with things we need and kids friendly. The location was great! The checking process was sort of confusing because there are two sets of counters that we needed to go to check in and get the keys. Very odd.

Great location, nice room, helpful team, pet-friendly!

Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort.

The hotel is nice and the pool area and gym are well equipped and spacious. The breakfast was good, with lots of options. Especially the staff at breakfast was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is decent and, if desired, in walkable distance to downtown. The only issue was that the free shuttle, which is great, was 1) not advertised and 2) was supposed to leave at 4:30 AM. But when we arrived the shuttle had already left even though it was specifically said that one must not arrive earlier than 4:30 AM. As the shuttle only runs every thirty minutes, this left some guests without a ride to the airport. Staff should be trained to ask guests to arrive five minutes early, especially when inquired by guests. Overall, however, good hotel with friendly staff.
